- Cigarette burns or chemical damage
- Cuts or scratches from sharp tools
- Damage from misuse (pets, harsh cleaning agents)
- Modifications done by the customer or another workshop after delivery

How do I activate the warranty?
Auto-activated — written on your invoice from delivery. Keep a copy on your phone and one in the car — that's all you need.
Is the warranty transferable to a new owner?
Yes — warranty is tied to the car, not the owner. If you sell, the new owner enjoys the remaining period.
How long does a warranty repair take?
After defect inspection, repair takes 1-3 working days. We keep the car and return it free of charge — including pickup and delivery.
Does the warranty cover sun fading?
Slow natural fading after 2-3 years of sun exposure is not a manufacturing defect. But unexpected rapid fading (within months) is covered.
Do I need the invoice to claim warranty?
Yes — a photo of the invoice (paper or digital) suffices. Every invoice has a tracking number we use to verify service details and delivery date.
